These Terms of Service govern your use of the Diamond Edge Property Services website, homeowner dashboard, and Property Passport (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
Diamond Edge Property Services is a licensed home improvement contractor based in Ligonier, Pennsylvania (PA License #PA220800), providing property repair, maintenance, and management services.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to request service, view estimates and invoices, manage your account, and review your property's service history. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting requests or creating an account, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
Estimates, Invoices & Service Agreements
These Terms of Service govern use of the website itself. Any estimate you approve or invoice you receive through the Site includes its own specific terms — including scope of work, pricing, warranty information, and your right to cancel — which govern the actual service agreement between you and Diamond Edge for that project. Where those document-specific terms conflict with this page, the terms on the estimate or invoice control for that transaction.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Square, a third-party payment processor. A card processing fee may apply to online card payments, as disclosed at the time of payment. We are not responsible for outages or errors on the part of our payment processor.
Site Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding its availability or performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Edge Property Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any warranty or liability terms specifically stated in an approved estimate or invoice governing actual work performed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
