• To maintain a record of service history tied to your property, viewable through your Property Passport.
• To process payments for services rendered.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with service providers who help us run our systems:

• Supabase, our database and hosting provider, stores account and service data securely.
• Resend, our email provider, sends estimates, invoices, and notifications on our behalf.
• Twilio may be used to send text message notifications about your service.
• Square processes payments for invoices. Square's own privacy policy governs how it handles payment data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Diamond Edge, our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain service records, including estimates, invoices, and photos, for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain your property's service history, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support ongoing service.

Your Choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to reasonable requests, though some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
